ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Care Representative with the Nate Wingert State Farm agency, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that meet real needs of people in our community as part of a rewarding career.

What you'll do:
- Handle customer requests with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
- Oversee day-to-day workflow, priorities, and follow-up to keep service levels strong
- Help improve processes and identify ways to streamline communication
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers
- Offer & sell financial service products when they fit the needs of our customers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service mindset—calm, confident, and solutions-oriented
- Excellent communication skills (coaching, feedback, and professional correspondence)
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards
- Tech-comfort and a willingness to learn State Farm tools quickly
- Experience in insurance/customer care is a plus (but the right leader who can learn fast is welcome!)
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
